Do you accept returns and administer refunds for original paintings?

Due to the hand-made nature of an original oil painting and the cost of shipping, the artist typically does not make it a habit to offer refunds or returns. However, if you are a dissatisfied customer we will try our best to work with you and make "it" right until you are completely satisfied within 60 days from the postmarked date. Refunding and returning original artwork is a case by case scenario.

If you receive a damaged print item or are dissatisfied with your print purchase, please send us an email and we will work with you to make "it" right within the first 60 days of your purchase.

Do you accept returns and administer refunds for commissioned artwork?

Because the customer is requesting a unique, custom made piece of artwork we typically do not offer returns or refunds for commissioned pieces, as we are unable to resale to another collector. Throughout the commission process the artist will be in contact with you, sending you photos for approval from time to time. You will be able to tell the artist if you would like to request any changes to the piece before it is completed and shipped. If you decide to commission a painting and are dissatisfied with the outcome for any reason, send us an email and we will try our best to work with you on a case by case basis.

Do you accept commissions?

Where are you located?

The artist is located Northwest Alabama but will travel.

Can I pick up my painting or do you deliver?

If you are local to the area and would like to pick up your painting send us an email after purchasing, and we will refund you the shipping fee. If you would like for the artist or her carrier to hand deliver your painting or meet you somewhere of convience, (instead of shipment) send an email enquirery.

Do you ship internationally?

As of right now the artist does not ship orders internationally and the shipping price included in originals only covers shipping in the United States. If you have an inquiry, email us and we will see if we can work with you.

Will I receive a certificate of authenticity?

Yes, with the purchase of every original oil painting or commissioned piece you will receive a hand signed certificate of authenticity.

How long does processing time take for original paintings?

Your painting will be placed on priority and shipped as fast as possible. However, due to the artist's travel and the varnishing and boxing process, please allow up to 6 weeks for us to prepare your piece of art for delivery. (If you need your painting rushed, please reach out to us via email, to confirm that we can accommodate you).

How long does processing time for prints take?

Prints are processed, handled, and shipped immediately after your order is placed. Expected between 3 - 8 business days.

How long does processing time take for home goods and living products?

Home goods and living products ship immediately after your order is placed. Expected to ship within 3 - 8 business days.

How long does processing time take for apparel?

All apparel is processed and handled immediately after the order is placed. Expected within 3 - 8 business days.
