Do you accept returns and administer refunds for original paintings?
Due to the hand-made nature of an original oil painting and the cost of shipping, the artist typically does not make it a habit to offer refunds or returns. However, if you are a dissatisfied customer we will try our best to work with you and make "it" right until you are completely satisfied within 60 days from the postmarked date. Refunding and returning original artwork is a case by case scenario.

Because the customer is requesting a unique, custom made piece of artwork we typically do not offer returns or refunds for commissioned pieces, as we are unable to resale to another collector.
