Due to the hand-made nature of an original oil painting and the cost of shipping, the artist typically does not make it a habit to offer refunds or returns. However, if you are a dissatisfied customer we will try our best to work with you and make "it" right until you are completely satisfied within 60 days from the postmarked date. Your painting will be placed on priority and shipped as fast as possible. However, due to the artist's travel and the varnishing and boxing process, please allow up to 6 weeks for us to prepare your piece of art for delivery. (If you need your painting rushed, please reach out to us via email, to confirm that we can accommodate you).
