Do you accept returns and administer refunds for original paintings?
Due to the hand-made nature of an original oil painting and the cost of shipping, the artist typically does not make it a habit to offer refunds or returns. If you are local to the area and would like to pick up your painting send us an email after purchasing, and we will refund you the shipping fee. Your painting will be placed on priority and shipped as fast as possible. However, due to the artist's travel and the varnishing and boxing process, please allow up to 6 weeks for us to prepare your piece of art for delivery. (If you need your painting rushed, please reach out to us via email, to confirm that we can accommodate you).
